BREAD RECIPE:
Tomato Bruschetta


2-cloves minced garlic
4-diced & seeded tomatoes
2-tsp chopped fresh basil or parsley
1-12'' French stick
1/4-cup olive oil
1/3-cup parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste

In bowl, combine garlic, tomato, basil, salt & pepper   
Cut bread diagonally into 3/4'' slices   
Brush with oil   
Broil for 1-2 mins   
Set oven @425*   
Turn slices over   
Spoon tomato mix over bread   
Sprinkle with Parmesan   
Bake 8-10 mins

Serves 4
