CANNING RECIPE: Sharon's Hot Pepper Jelly

Thanks Sharon!

1-cup chopped cherry peppers (leave seeds in)
3 1/2-cup sugar
1/2-cup cider vinegar
1/2-bottle Certo


Add sugar and vinegar to peppers in a large pan
Mix well, stirring all the time
Bring to a full rolling boil
Boil for 1 minute
Remove from heat and stir in Certo
Bottle and seal immediately
