Pour the Scotch and Drambuie into an old-fashioned glass

Muddle the lime with the sugar and syrup in a cocktail
shaker
Add ice & vodka
Shake & strain into martini glass
Simple Sugar Syrup
1-part water
1-part sugar
Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves, stirring
Remove from heat
Cool
Frozen Strawberry Mango
2-medium mangos
1/2-cup tequila
1/3-cup orange liqueur
1/4-cup limejuice
2-tbsp sugar
2-cup frozen, unsweetened whole strawberries
2-cups ice
Lime wedge
Peel, seed and cube mangoes
Place mangoes in a single layer in a shallow baking sheet
(lined with plastic wrap)
Cover and freeze for 1-hour
Transfer to freezer bags for longer storage
In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
Add ice one at a time until mixture is slushy
Icy Cranberry Margaritas
1/2-cup frozen cranberry-raspberry juice, concentrate, thawed
1/2-cup tequila
1/4-cup orange liqueur
5-cups ice cubes
3-tbsp melon liqueur
In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
Add ice one at a time until mixture is slushy

2-limes, halved and juiced, rinds reserved
4-oz premium tequila
4-oz. Cointreau or triple sec
Margarita salt
Fill 2 stemmed glasses with crushed ice, set aside
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add limejuice, tequila and Cointreau
Shake well
Empty ice from glasses, rum rims of glasses with pulp side of lime
Get moisten site into a saucer of salt
Strain margaritas into glass

Margarita (Frozen)
2-lime wedges
Salt
1-cup crushed ice
11/2-oz tequila
1/2-oz Cointreau
1/2-oz lemon juice
1/2-oz limejuice
Dash of sugar syrup
Run a wedge of lime around the rim of a cocktail glass
Dim the rim into a saucer of salt
Knock off excess
Chill the glass
Place the crushed ice, tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice,
limejuice and sugar syrup in a blender
Blend until mixture is smooth
Pour into glasses
Garnish with remaining wedge of lime
Whiskey Sour
Ice cubes
1 1/2-oz rye whiskey
1/2-oz Cointreau
1/2-oz lemon juice
1/2-oz sugar syrup
Maraschino cherry
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add the whiskey, Cointreau, lemon juice, and sugar syrup
Shake well
Strain into a whiskey sour glass
Garnish with maraschino cherry

Ocean Margarita
1-oz Hpnotiq liqueur
1-oz tequila
1/2-oz simple syrup
1-oz limejuice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Shake and strain
Pour into a margarita glass
Fresh Rhubarb Punch
3-cups diced rhubarb
1/2-cup sugar
3-cups water
1-cup pineapple juice
2-cups champagne or sparkling white wine
3-tbsp lemon juice
In a medium saucepan,
combine rhubarb, sugar, and water
Cook over medium heat until fruit is very soft
Remove from heat and chill
Liquefy in blender
Combine rhubarb with pineapple, wine and lemon juice
Serve in a tall glass over ice |

Gazpacho Caesars
4-large field tomatoes, cored
4-oz vodka (optional)
2-tbsp fresh lime juice
1-clove garlic, minced
1/2-tsp celery salt
3-dashes Worcestershire sauce
3-tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
Tabasco (optional)
Celery stalks for garnish
Using a blender (better than a food processor) to puree the
tomatoes, with skins and seeds included, until smooth
Add vodka, lime juice, garlic, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce;
blend again until smooth
With blender running, add in olive oil
Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco

Cranberry Daiquiri
2-cups cranberry juice
1/2-cup limejuice
1/2-cup lemon juice
1/2-cup sugar (or to taste)
1/2-cup white rum
Combine all ingredients and put into an 8" non-metallic
square pan
Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight
Spoon 1-cup of frozen mixture into a 10oz glass
Add a little more cranberry juice b to taste
