DESSERT RECIPE: Butter Tart Squares

1 1/3-cups all-purpose flour
2-tbsp granulated sugar
1/2-cup margarine
1 1/4-cups packed brown sugar
1/4-cup melted margarine
1-cup raisins
1-tbsp vinegar
1-tsp all-purpose flour

Mix first 3 ingredients in food processor or mixing bowl until crumbly
Press into a greased 9" square pan
Bake @ 350* for 10-12 minutes or until light golden colour
Beat eggs and brown sugar together with a whisk until well blended
Stir in remaining ingredients
Mix well
Spread over base
Bake 25-30 minutes longer or just until set and golden
