RECIPE: Cappuccino Cheesecake
1-package giant ladyfingers
2-tbsp instant coffee
1/4-cup warm milk
3-8oz packages cream cheese
Place the ladyfingers on bottom of a 9-inch springform pan
Beat cream cheese & sugar in bowl with mixer until smooth
Add eggs, one at a time. Mix until well blended
Dissolve the instant coffee into the warm milk
Blend into cheese mixture
Pour into pan
Bake 450*F for 10 min.
Reduce to 250*F for 30-35 minutes or until centre is almost set.
Remove from oven
Run knife around rim to prevent cracking
