RECIPE:
Caramel Praline
Cheesecake
1 ¼-cup graham crumbs
¼-cup melted butter
34 caramels
3-tbsp milk
1-cup chopped pecans
3-8oz packages cream cheese
¾-cup granulated sugar
1-tsp vanilla
3-eggs
Caramel sauce for topping
Combine crumbs with melted butter
Press into 9 inch spring form pan
Melt caramels with milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until
smooth
Stir in pecans and then pour over crust
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed until well
blended
Add eggs one at a time and mix until just blended
Pour cheese mixture over caramel mixture
Bake at 350*F for 45-50 minutes or until centre is almost set
Cool completely
Chill
Drizzle top with caramel sauce and top with a few whole pecans
