RECIPE:
Chocolate
Marble Cheesecake #2
Crust
6-tbsp melted butter
1-tsp sugar
1 1/2- cups chocolate wafer crumbs |
Filling
4-oz. Semisweet chocolate
2-lb cream cheese
3/4-cup granulated sugar
3-large eggs (lightly beaten)

To make crust; combine ingredients, press into 9" springform pan, chill 10
minutes
Preheat oven to 350*F
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler
While chocolate is melting, beat cream cheese until light & fluffy
Slowly add sugar and then eggs
When chocolate is melted, remove from heat
Stir into cream cheese mixture
Mix well, add another 1/4 -1/2 cup cream cheese
Depending on colour you want, drop choc mix onto cream cheese mix 1/4-cup
at a time to create marble effect
Draw swirls with spatula
Transfer mix to spring form pan
Bake @ 350*F for 55-60 minutes or until centre is set.
Turn off oven, open door and let cool at least 1 hr
Refrigerate (best to refrigerate 24 hrs)
