Classic Bread Pudding
2-cups milk
1/3-cup sugar
1/2-tsp ground cinnamon
1/2-tsp vanilla
1/4-tsp salt
2 1/2-cups dry raisin bread cubes (about 4 slices)
1/3-cup dried cranberries

In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt
Place bread cubes in a greased 8x8" pan
Sprinkle with cranberries over top
Pour egg mixture over top
Bake in a preheated 325*F oven for about 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean
Cool slightly
Serve with whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon

Variation: Use plain white bread and add 1/3-cup raisins
