DESSERT RECIPE:
Cocoa Krispie Roll


¾-cup corn syrup
¾-cup sugar
¾-cup peanut butter
4 ½- cups rice krispies
2-tbsp butter
1/3-cup butter
2-tbsp milk
1 ½-cup icing sugar
2/3-cup cocoa


Cook corn syrup and sugar over medium heat until mixture bubbles
Remove from heat
Blend in peanut butter and 2-tbsp butter
Add rice krispies and mix until well coated
Press into buttered jelly roll pan (15x10x3/4')
Melt 1/3-cup butter with milk over low heat
Combine icing sugar and cocoa; mix well
Remove krispie mixture from pan and spread evenly with cocoa mixture
Roll from short end to form a log shape
Wrap in greased waxed paper and refrigerate until firm
Remove 30 minutes before serving
Slice
