DESSERT RECIPE:
Cranberry Strawberry Rhubarb Dessert

Cake
11/2-cups all purpose flour
1/2-cup quick oats
1/4-cup packed brown sugar
11/2-tsp baking powder
1/4-tsp salt
1/4-cup margarine
1-egg, beaten
3/4-cup milk
6-cups thinly sliced rhubarb
1-6oz package sweetened dried cranberries
1-package(85g) strawberry gelatin dessert mix
Topping
6-tbsp margarine
11/2-cups granulated sugar
2/3-cup quick oats
1/4-cup all-purpose flour
1-tsp cinnamon

Cake
Combine first five dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
Cut in margarine until crumbly
Add egg and milk, stirring until moistened
Spread evenly in a 13x9" baking dish sprayed with no-stick spray
Combine rhubarb and dried cranberries
Sprinkle evenly over cake
Sprinkle powdered gelatin over fruit

Topping
Combine all ingredients
Sprinkle over top
Bake @350°F for 60 minutes or until fruit is tender
