DESSERT RECIPE: Double Chocolate Cheesecake

Crust
3-tbsp melted marg
1-cup crushed chocolate wafers
Filling
3/4-cup sugar
3-pkg cream cheese (250g)
3-eggs
1-tsp vanilla
3-square white chocolate (melted)
3-squares semi sweet chocolate (melted)   
2-tbsp orange liqueur
Glaze
3/4-cup whipping cream,
6-squares semi sweet chocolate (chopped)

Heat oven to 350*F
Crust
Combine crumbs & margarine
Press into 9" springform.
Bake 10 min
Filling
Beat cream cheese & sugar
Add eggs one at a time mixing well
Add vanilla
Remove 1/2 of batter to another bowl
Stir in white chocolate & liqueur
Blend semi sweet chocolate to remaining batter
Pour over crust & spread evenly
Spoon white batter over top
Bake for 35-40 min or until center is barely firm
Remove from oven & run knife around edges
Let cool before glazing
Glaze
In small saucepan, bring cream to simmer (low)
Remove from heat
Add chocolate & stir
Pour over cake, garnish as desired
