DESSERT RECIPE:
Double Chocolate Rice Pudding
 
3-cups chocolate milk
3/4-cup Arborio rice
1/2-cup raisins (or chopped dried apricots, dried cherries or dried cranberries)
1/4-cup granulated sugar
1-tsp vanilla
3oz- milk chocolate, chopped
Double Chocolate Rice Pudding

Over medium heat, bring chocolate milk and rice to a boil in a heavy saucepan
Reduce heat to low and cover and cook, stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes or until most of the milk is absorbed
Stir in raisins or fruit, sugar and vanilla
Cover and let stand for 10 minutes
Stir in milk chocolate until melted
Serve

Serves 4
