RECIPE:
White Chocolate Cranberry Bark
(Gluten Free)
1-lb white chocolate, chopped
1-cup dried cranberries
1-cup shelled pistachios
Melt chocolate in double boiler over low heat
Stir in cranberries and pistachios
Pour into a foil lined baking sheet
Spread out to 12x9”
Refrigerate 1 hour
