DESSERT RECIPE:
Hawaiian Rhubarb Pie

Regular pastry for a nine inch pie plate top & bottom
2-eggs
1-cup sugar
1/4-tsp salt
2 1/2-tsp flour
1-tsp vanilla
2-tbsp milk
2-cups diced rhubarb
1-cup drained pineapple (14 oz tin) crushed


Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, flour, vanilla and milk
Beat well
Pour over rhubarb and crushed pineapple stirring lightly
Turn into pie shell and cover with top crust
Bake at 350* F for 35 minutes or till crust is brown and rhubarb is tender
