DESSERT RECIPE:
Key Lime Pie

5-egg yolks
1-14oz can of condensed milk (1-1/2 cups)
2/3-cup key lime juice or 1/3-cup lemon juice + 1/3-cup lime juice
1-baked piecrust, or graham crust


Beat egg yolks until pale yellow
Blend in milk and add juice, stirring until smooth
Pour into pie shell
Bake in a 350* oven for 15 minutes
Cool to room temperature and then chill
