DESSERT RECIPE:
Lemon Ice Cream

1/3-cup fresh lemon juice
2-tbsp lemon zest
1/2-cup sugar
3/4-cup buttermilk
1 3/4-cup whipping cream


Whisk the lemon juice, zest and sugar until dissolved
Stir in buttermilk & whipping cream
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to machine directions
