DESSERT RECIPE: Myrtle Muckle's Pithers Point Park Banana Pie

3 or 4- large bananas (ripe)
2-egg yolks (reserve whites)
2-tbsp flour (to thicken)
½-cup sugar
1-pie shell (best results cooked)

Break up/mash bananas; mix in egg yolks, flour and sugar
Spoon into pie shell
Bake at 350* F (until toothpick comes out clean)
Top pie with beaten egg white meringue
Put back in oven until suitably browned
