DESSERT RECIPE: Rum Balls


2-cups vanilla wafers
1-cup raisins
2-cups powder sugar
2-tbsp light corn syrup
1/3-cup rum


Prepare vanilla wafers in food processor
Combine crumbs, raisins, 1-cup sugar, corn syrup, and rum in a bowl
Mix well
Shape into small firm balls about 3/4" round
Sift remaining 1-cup powdered sugar on wax paper
Roll balls in sugar
Store in fridge until needed
