DESSERT RECIPE: Scottish Shortbread


1-cup flour
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup rice flour
1-cup butter
2 heaping tbsp cornstarch


Mix dry ingredients
Knead in butter until smooth
Bake 20-25 minutes in a 8inch square pan @ 300*
