RECIPE: All Season Grilled Chicken
4-bone in chicken breasts
1 1/2-cups chili sauce
3/4-cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2-tbsp prepared horseradish
2-small cloves garlic, minced
1-tsp salt
Mix chili sauce, vinegar, horseradish, garlic and salt in a bowl
Reserve 1/2 of the marinade
Add chicken to bowl and turn to coat
Cover and marinate in fridge for about 10 minutes
Preheat grill
Remove chicken from marinade, and discard the marinade
Place chicken on grill and cook
Baste with the 1/2 of the reserved marinade and turn and baste again
Cook until juices run clear, about 30 minutes
Heat remaining reserved marinade in a small saucepan
Stir occasionally and serve over grilled chicken
