RECIPE: Balsamic Pork Steaks
4-boneless pork loin steaks
Marinade:
1/4-cup balsamic vinegar
1/4-cup water
2-tbsp brown sugar
1-tsp dried oregano
Combine the marinade ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and place pork steaks in the bowl
Cover and marinate for 2-hours to overnight in the refrigerator
Barbeque over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steak
