MAIN DISH RECIPE:
Chicken Balls

2-boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1” cubes
1-cup water
¼-cup white wine
1-tsp sugar


Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil
Simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender
Drain very well and let cool

Batter
2-eggs, slightly beaten
½-cup flour
½-cup cornstarch
1-tsp salt
¼-cup water or chicken stock
1 ½-tsp baking powder


Mix all ingredients to a smooth paste
Dip chicken cubes in batter and deep fry
Drain oil on paper towels
Keep chicken balls warm in the oven until all are cooked
Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and plum sauce
