MAIN DISH RECIPE:
Coated Pork Chops


2-tbsp yellow cornmeal
2-tbsp whole-wheat flour
1-tsp salt
1-tsp ground sage
1/2-tsp onion powder
1/2-tsp sugar
1/2-tsp paprika
Milk for dipping
4-pork chops


Combine all dry ingredients, and mix well
Dip chops in milk
Coat chops with mixture
Bake @ 425* for 30 -35 minutes
