MAIN DISH RECIPE:
Hoisin Chicken

1/2-cup hoisin sauce
2-tbsp soy sauce
2-tbsp rice vinegar
2-cloves garlic, minced
1-tbsp minced gingerroot
1/4-tsp salt
1/4-tsp pepper
1-tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2-lbs chicken pieces


In a large bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper
Add chicken and turn to coat
Cover and marinate in the fridge for 4 hours
Place chicken bone side down on a greased grill over medium heat
Brush with any remaining marinade
Close lid and grill for 25 minutes
Turn and grill until juices run clear when chicken is pierced, about 10 minutes
Can also be done in the 425*F oven, about 30 minutes
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
