MAIN DISH RECIPE: Pork Chop Spice Rub

This spice rub is not only great on pork chops, but also on a pork tenderloin, whole pork loin roast, or even tuna steaks
 
1-tbsp coriander seeds
1-tbsp fennel seeds
1-tbsp black peppercorns
1-tbsp kosher salt
11/2-tsp cumin seeds
1 to 11/2-tbsp vegetable oil		 Pork Chop Spice Rub

Combine the coriander, fennel, peppercorns, salt, and cumin in a mortar and pestle and grind coarsely (or use a spice grinder)
Rub oil over the pork chops
Pat the chops with about 1-tbsp of the spice rub on each chop
Grill
