MAIN DISH RECIPE:
Ribeye Steak with Chipotle Butter

2-tsp ground cumin
1-tsp paprika
1/2-tsp salt
1/2-tsp ground white pepper
1-tbsp olive oil
1/4-tsp adobo sauce
4-beef ribeye steaks, 1 inch thick

Chipotle butter
1/4-cup butter, softened
1-tbsp finely chopped shallots
2-tsp finely chopped fresh basil
1 1/2-tsp limejuice
1-tsp finely chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce


Combine all chipotle butter ingredients; set aside
In a small bowl, combine cumin, paprika, salt and pepper
Stir in oil and adobo sauce until paste forms
Spread mixture over both sides of the steaks
Grill steaks to desired doneness
Serve with chipotle butter spread over top
