2-tbsp brown sugar
4-whole cloves

1-bay leaf
1/2-tsp pepper
1-tbsp caraway seeds
1-cup Rhine wine

Fry bacon strips just until they start to render fat (don't over cook)

Add the onion and Kielbasa to the fry pan and sauté
Mix in the sauerkraut with the rest of the ingredients, including the bacon, and add to the pan
