MAIN DISH RECIPE: Sesame Chicken


1 1/2-lb chicken, cut into pieces
3-slices fresh ginger
2-tbsp sesame oil
2-tbsp oyster sauce


Heat oil in wok
Stir in ginger and fry until fragrant
Add chicken and stir fry until almost cooked
Add oyster sauce and stir well
Serve over rice or Chinese noodles
