MAIN DISH RECIPE:
Six-Hour Stew


3-lbs round steak or chuck
4-carrots cut into 3 inch pieces
5-celery stalks cut up
3-potatoes cut into chunks
1-can of mushrooms, and juice
1-chunked raw onion
1-28 oz can of tomatoes
1/2-cup tapioca
2-tsp salt


Put all first 6 ingredients in a large roaster
In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, tapioca, and salt rapidly
Before the tapioca begins to set, pour over meat mixture
Stir well and add pepper to taste
Roast covered for 6 hours @ 275*
