MAIN DISH RECIPE: Spicy Chicken Wings


4-lbs chicken wings
2/3-cup Franks Hot Sauce
2-tbsp butter
1-tbsp vinegar
2-tbsp Tabasco
1-tbsp Franks Extra Hot Sauce
1-tsp cayenne
1-tbsp habanero hot sauce
Cayenne and chipotle pepper powder for sprinkling on wings


Combine all ingredients except wings in a saucepan
Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat
Lay out the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with foil (for easy clean up)
Sprinkle with cayenne and chipotle powder
Bake wings in a 400°F oven for 45 minutes
Put the wings and sauce in a large seal-able plastic bowl
Seal the bowl and shake to coat the wings well
Serve

NOTE: For crispy jumbo wings, cook in a 400*F convection oven for 50 minutes, turning half way
