MAIN DISH RECIPE: Steak Roll-ups


1-large round steak, pounded flat 
1-package frozen spinach, chopped
1-green pepper, cut into slivers
3-cloves of garlic, slivered
1/4-lb proscuitto (or black forest ham)
Mozzarella slices to cover
Pepper to cover
Onion powder to cover
Chili pepper flakes to cover, to taste
Parsley to cover
Grated Romano cheese, or parmesan cheese, to cover


Place the steak on a flat surface
Spread the spinach over to cover
Spread the green pepper slices to cover
Spread the garlic to cover
Spread the proscuitto to cover
Spread the cheese to cover
Spread the pepper, onion powder, chili pepper flakes, parsley, and grated cheese to cover
Roll up
Fry in oil to sear
Bake at 325* for 40 minutes
