PASTA RECIPE: Creamy Spinach over Linguine

2 1/2-cups milk
1-box of chopped spinach
1-handful of fresh Italian parsley
1-med onion, chopped
1/2-cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2-cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt and black pepper
1/8-cup of olive oil
1-lb linguine
Boil water for linguine
Meantime, in a large skillet heat olive oil
Add onion and garlic
Cook until tender
Put remainder of ingredients in skillet and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes
Place in a blender, blend until smooth
Pour the spinach mixture into the skillet then add cooked linguine
Toss together, and then serve
