PASTA RECIPE:
Linguine With Red Clam Sauce


1 garlic clove, minced
2tbsp. Olive oil
1/4cup chopped onion
2 1/2cups crushed tomato with juice
1/2tsp. Basil
2tbsp. Fresh parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
1cup baby clams
1lb. Linguine
1/4cup gr. Parmesan


Brown garlic in oil in heavy skillet or pot.
Sauté onion until transparent.
Add tomatoes, oregano, basil, parsley, salt & pepper to taste.
Simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Add clams & cook another 5 min
Cook linguine
Drain, spoon sauce on top & sprinkle with Parmesan.

Serves 4
