PASTA RECIPE: Fettuccine
Alfredo
8 oz. fettuccini pasta
1-tbsp olive oil
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 lb grated Parmesan cheese
1-tsp dried basil
1-tsp garlic powder
Coarse pepper to taste
Cook pasta, drain & return to pot
Add olive oil and toss
Add evaporated milk, Parmesan, basil and garlic powder
Toss
Cook over medium-high heat until sauce is bubbly & thickens
Season with pepper and top with extra Parmesan cheese
