RECIPE: Gorgonzola Pasta

This is like dessert! It's good reheated too!
It has a lot of fat, but no transfats!
8-oz fusilli or other corkscrew pasta
1-hot pepper, chopped fine
1-bunch fresh basil, chopped fine
2-cloves garlic, minced
8-oz Gorgonzola cheese, shredded (I used Boar's Head brand)
1/8-cup olive oil
Boil pasta according to package directions
Pour oil into pan and sauté garlic, hot pepper and basil about three minutes
Add pasta to the pan and toss
Add gorgonzola; toss, cover and let sit for three minutes
