PASTA RECIPE: Rigatoni
& Hot Sausage
1-lb uncooked rigatoni or penne
1-1/2 lb Italian sausage
700ml jar of spaghetti sauce (2-1/2 -3 cups homemade)
2-cups grated mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350*
Cook pasta according to directions
Slice sausage into 1/2inch slices (its easier to slice partially frozen)
Sauté in fry pan a few minutes on each side
Put rigatoni & sausage in 13x9inch greased pan
Toss in sauce and cheese
Bake in 350* oven for 30minutes or until bubbly
