SAUSAGE MAKING RECIPE:
Oxford Sausage

(English)

2-lb fine ground pork
2-lbs fine ground veal
1-lb fine ground beef
½-loaf fresh sourdough bread (made into crumbs)
1 ½-whole grated lemon peel
1-tsp thyme
1-tsp sage
1-tsp savoury
1-tsp rosemary
1-whole nutmeg, grated
4-tsp salt
2-tsp black pepper
4-eggs

1-cup white wine

Combine all ingredients
Mix well
Stuff into hog casing
