SAUSAGE MAKING RECIPE: Rosemary Sausage


1 1/2-lb fine ground veal
1-tbsp rosemary
2-lb fine ground pork butt
1-tsp nutmeg
1 1/2-lb fine ground beef chuck
1-tsp thyme
2-tsp black pepper
1-tsp marjoram
1 1/2-tbsp salt
1-cup white wine


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing. Bake, fry or broil.
