Homemade
Sausage
Making Recipes
*Our recipes are for making fresh sausage only.
We don't have any recipes for cured
sausage or salamis. All of our sausages have to be cooked before eating.

You don't need a meat grinder / sausage stuffer to enjoy home-made sausage.
Just buy ground pork from your butcher and use one of our sausage recipes and make sausage
patties. You can make so many more different types of sausage than are available at your
local butcher. If you like lasagna, try our Italian sausage loose instead of ground
beef. I guarantee you'll never go back to ground beef.

Using the KitchenAid sausage stuffer as often
as we used to, you'll probably ending up needing an extra funnel
because it does crack |

This email came in from one our viewers and we would like to
share with everyone who thinks sausage has to be made with pork:
"I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks. We no longer eat pork and
had sadly given up our sausages when I came across your sausage recipes. I use ground turkey in place of pork and we make the sausage
into patties or meatballs (Italian sausage). The results have been
superb. Thank you, and thank you again! Megan"
