SEAFOOD RECIPE:
Cedar Plank Salmon

2-tbsp pesto
1-tbsp olive oil
1-green onion, minced
1-tbsp sesame seeds
1-tbsp cracked pepper
2-tsp lemon juice
Lemon pepper
1-cedar plank, immersed in water 4-6 hours
2-salmon fillets, skinless
Salt

Preheat grill to high
Sprinkle lemon pepper on salmon
Combine the pesto, olive oil, green onion, sesame seeds, and pepper
Spread crust mixture generously over salmon
Season the plank with salt and place on grill
Close lid and heat for 3-5 minutes until it starts to smoke
Place salmon on plank 
Close lid and cook for 12-15 minutes for medium
Check periodically to make sure the plank isn’t on fire
Keep a spray bottle of water close by to extinguish any flames
When done, drizzle lemon juice over salmon
Carefully remove plank from grill and transfer salmon to serving plate
