RECIPE:
Parmesan Fish
2-tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1-slice bread
1/4-cup grated Parmesan cheese
8-oz frozen fish fillets
2-tbsp plain yogurt
2-tbsp mayonnaise
2-tbsp Dijon mustard
Mince together parsley, bread and Parmesan cheese into a food processor; set aside
Into a clean bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard
Lay fish fillets into and oven-safe dish; evenly spread yogurt mixture over fish fillets
Sprinkle yogurt mixture with parsley mixture
Bake into a preheated 450*F oven, for 15 to 20 minutes
