RECIPE:
Pepper Salmon
2-small salmon fillets 1" thick
1-tbsp freshly ground black pepper (large grind)
1/2-cup corn flake crumbs
1/2-tsp garlic powder
Vegetable oil to coat
Sauce
1/4-cup mayonnaise
1/4-cup yogurt
1/8-tsp garlic powder
1-tsp lemon juice
1/4-tsp white pepper
1/2-tsp lemon-dill seasoning
Sauce:
Combine all ingredients and put in fridge to keep until fish is done
Fish:
Combine the corn flake crumbs, garlic powder, and black pepper
Coat the fish with oil
On a plate, coat the fish with the crumb mixture
Broil 4 inches from the heat for about 5 minutes per side.
Serve with sauce
