SEAFOOD RECIPE: Poached Salmon Steaks

4 salmon steaks (1 in thick)
1/4 tsp salt
4 sprigs fresh dill weed
4 slices of lemon
5 black peppercorns
1/4 cup dry white wine
Mustard Dill sauce

Mustard dill sauce
Combine: 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried dill weed, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Arrange steaks in microwavable dish, thickest part to outside edge sprinkle with salt
Place dill & lemon slice on each steak
Add peppercorns
Pour wine over fish
Cover tightly, nuke on hi for 8-10 min until fish flakes
Let stand covered for 3 min
Drain & serve with mustard sauce
