RECIPE: Shrimp
Scampi
3 tbsp. butter
1/8-cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tbsp. minced shallots
1 tbsp. fresh chives
1/8 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb large shrimp
Preheat broiler
Combine: butter, olive oil, garlic, shallots, paprika, salt & pepper in large bowl,
mix well
Toss shrimp in mixture until completely coated
Broil shrimp 2 min on each side
Serve over rice or pasta
