SEAFOOD RECIPE:
Wild Black Cod for 2

2-140g (5oz) wild black cod fillets

Marinade
3-tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2-tbsp sugar

Coating
3/8-cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/8-cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2-tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 1/2-tbsp butter, melted


Combine the soy sauce with the sugar
Marinate the fish fillets in this mixture for 4 hrs in the fridge
Combine all coating ingredients together
Coat the fish and bake in a 350*F oven for 25-30 minutes
Broil until coating is golden brown
