SIDE DISH RECIPE: Three Cheese Salad Dressing


3/4-cup vegetable oil
1/4-cup white vinegar
1/2-cup Parmesan cheese
4-tbsp cottage cheese
3-tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
1-tsp salt
2-cloves garlic, pressed
1-tsp dry mustard


Place oil, vinegar, cheese, salt, garlic, and dry mustard in a blender and combine
If the dressing is too thick, add more oil and vinegar
