SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Baked Orzo with Mushrooms

1-cup orzo
1-can condensed cream of celery soup
Milk to thin
4-mushrooms sliced
1-green onion, sliced
1/2-tsp garlic powder
1-tsp Herb de Province
1/8-tsp black pepper
Breadcrumbs for topping
Grated Parmesan for topping


Cook orzo according to package instructions
Add soup and a little milk to thin
Add mushrooms, onions, garlic powder, Herb de Province and black pepper; mixing well
Pour into baking dish
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs
Bake in a 350*F pre-heated oven for 20 minutes
Drizzle top with olive oil before serving
