SIDE DISH RECIPE: Mixed Green Salad with Balsamic Raspberry Vinaigrette
1-garlic clove, minced
1-tsp honey Dijon mustard
2-tbsp raspberry vinegar
1-tbsp balsamic vinegar
1-tbsp brown sugar
1-tbsp honey
1/4-cup vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients except the oil
Whisk in oil
Salad:
6-cups mixed greens
1/2-cup crumbled Feta cheese
1/4-cup slivered toasted almonds
Toss greens with vinaigrette
Top with cheese and nuts
