SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Ultimate Caesar

2-3 slices sour dough bread
1/2-cup light vegetable oil
3-small cloves garlic
6-anchovies fillets
2-pinches dry mustard
1-tbsp Worcestershire
1/4-cup lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash red wine vinegar
2-eggs
1-head romaine
1/3-cup Parmesan


Cut bread into large cubes
In fry pan, heat 2 tbsp oil & garlic
Add bread cubes & cook until golden
Set aside on paper towels to drain
In large bowl, mash anchovies with back of spoon
Stir in remaining oil, mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt & pepper, & vinegar
Coddle eggs (place eggs in boiling water for 1-2 min)
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces & toss in a bowl with eggs & Parmesan
Serve immediately
