SIDE DISH RECIPE: Celery Orzo


1-cup orzo (to be cooked)
1-10oz can cream of celery soup
1-10oz can of sliced water chestnuts + liquid
1-tbsp lemon juice
1-tsp minced garlic
1-celery stalk, sliced thin
Breadcrumbs to cover
Paprika to colour


Cook the orzo according to the package
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a casserole dish, mixing well
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top
Sprinkle breadcrumbs with paprika for colour
Bake @ 350* for 20 minutes
